Completely Out of Control: How Hard it is to Buy a Gun in Massachussets? (Video)

Published

on

how hard is it to purchase a gun and exercise your God given right to self defense in a state like Massachusetts? Watch this video to find out!

[quote_box_center]Website: http://www.RealityAlwaysWins.com

Everything is banned in Massachusetts.

Ok, so that isn’t entirely correct, but give it time.

While this video seems like a joke, all the infringements that are discussed actually exist. There are people out there who actually want more infringements to be added because these apparently “don’t go far enough”.

A word of warning to those who are currently in “free states” with relatively free firearm laws. Get politically involved right now before this cancer spreads even more.

The price of liberty is eternal vigilance.[/quote_box_center]

I moved out of Assachusetts 12 years ago, this is one of the reasons why! Those that live there need to abide by one rule, and one rule only, “You have the right to bear arms, no infringements” All their laws are illegal, as the cartoon character stated to the burecraps! GO SUCK AN EGG!!

Ollie I moved out eight years ago and I thought at the time mASS laws were becoming restrictively bad.
Firearms restrictions were not the main reason for leaving but after watching this video I do not believe I want to even return for a visit and I still have family there.

It’s terrible how liberal Massachusetts has become, especially since they were one of the 13 colonies…

It amazes me how people are allowing this to happen. Thye must think that it is the only consttutional amendment they plan on attacking or are attacking. What the hell is going on, is this the best we can produce in our populace (sheep) willingly being lead to slaughter?

Placing restrictions on dangerous items? How horrible! I can’t believe you cant just buy a gun the same day, total rights violations!
It’s your right to have a gun, not get it today people.
Having the police chief decide who can and cannot get a gun is a fantastic idea. Who is he going to deny access to weapons to? Criminals who are still legally allowed to obtain firearms or people he knows associate with criminals who cannot get the weapons. Who is he going to not deny the permit to? Someone he has never heard of because he hasn’t had to deal with them since they are not a problematic citizen.
Remember Gun Appreciation Day when there was tons of gun shows all over? Remember how many people got shot at the gun shows? There was 5 at one event. Why did this happen? Because assholes get their hands on guns and have no training and no right to have that gun! I don’t give a fuck what the constitution says, if you’re a danger because of your lack of training then you have no right to own that weapon. Good for them by making it harder for random people to just get a gun.

Dear lord you are a moron.

If you have never owned a gun before and have not passed a criminal background check you should not be able to buy and carry a gun the same day from a gun store. In most states it’s 5-7 days and that is fair. That’s not the case in Massachusetts though. There it’s up to the whim and fancy of one individual’s opinion on what your rights should be. It’s unconstitutional at it’s core.

There are more murders in cities which restrict handgun ownership in one DAY than there have been murders at every single gun show combined over the last 50 years.

Here’s a fun little statistic for you and your libtard friends to chew on. The United States falls 4th in the world for annual gun-related deaths. Now, remove Chicago, Boston, Washington DC, and New York (all gun-free cities) and guess where we wind up? 4th from the bottom.

So, sorry, but your whole opinion here is one big fail.

As the cartoon character suggests…go suck a pickle! You are one more ignorant loser of liberalism…please crawl back into your liberal parents basement and do whatever you smpletons do…play with your balls, or whatever…One thing is certain, you don’t deserve the priviledges afforded you by the Constitution that has been soaked in the blood of our defenders who protect our rights…simpleton ideed…

Sounds like a typical LIBTARD. If I lived somewhere where one person said yes or no that I could use my second amendment right, I would move. I fought for our right to the constitution and LIBTARDS like you should just leave the USA if you feel the way you say. But like I said, I fought for our constitution and your first amendment right says you can say that, but if that is your true feelings then please leave the USA since you against the constitution that I fought to protect.

“Who is he going to deny access to weapons to?”

An applicant who once lost a rented Blockbuster videotape. A US Army doctor who lives in an apartment building with loud neighbors. A gentleman who forgot to update his address on his automobile registration.

That’s who. That’s the reality of discretionary licensing.

To think that some of our founders of freedom resided in this liberal state is just disgusting. But then we all have met folks from here and maybe they do not need to possess arms.

I am Canadian so i will have a biased view of this. The original idea for this was to carry muskets and flintlocks. The law makers at the time had no idea what you as a nation would create, nor how many deaths would result from these guns. There is no reason for anyone outside the military to have any kind of machine gun or any kind of super bullets. I feel one handgun per household with a ten bullet capacity is fair. Have as many bullets as you want stored away, but your gun also needs a safe place. A lot of kids have killed themselves or friends with their parents gun. I do believe in capital punishment, the right to bear arms, but your healthcare system is garbage. I know this is off topic but we don’t have a “free” healthcare system as a lot of people think, it is included in our taxes.America needs to step back and realize how many deaths have resulted in the use of firearms, such as suicide, children getting a hold of guns, mistaken identity, and drug misuse. I have no problem with people being safe, and background checks just sound like a reason to invade your privacy, but mental health checks should be a necessity, kind of a necessary evil.

Okay, people have been throwing around the flintlock rifle argument for a while. It’s garbage. The Constitution is a living document, which means it applies to today and all future days. Our founding fathers never thought of the internet or TV, so I guess the 1st Amendment doesn’t technically apply to those platforms.

As far as how many rounds a magazine can hold. If you think that is going to help any sort of mass shooting scenario you’ve watched too many movies. It takes less than 2 seconds to change a magazine. If I’m trying to run and tackle someone in that time, I will get shot. The real answer to this problem is getting rid of “gun free zones”. If the bad guys don’t know who’s packing they probably won’t come around and try anything. They are cowards for starters. A mall shooting was stopped with one fatality. That of the gunman. He pulled out his weapon and saw another person draw theirs. He then ran, hid, and killed himself.

America’s biggest problems with death, of any kind, is a mental issue. People are sick and cannot function at a ‘normal’ level. There are 10’s of thousands of gun regulations on the books already, how is adding more going to fix the problem? I’m not condoning a ‘Wild West’ mentality, where everyone is open carrying and gun fights are legal, I’m just stating that the world would be safer if everyone were on the same playing field (that are legally allowed to do so, i.e. not felons or mentally disabled).

Which is why I live in a state that not only allows me to carry, but allows me to use my firearms in self defense.

“The original idea for this was to carry muskets and flintlocks.”

Which were standard military firearms of the era. Thanks for supporting the right to fully-automatic weapons.

“I feel one handgun per household with a ten bullet capacity is fair.”

Oh, yes, let’s pass laws based on “feelings”. We’ve had quite enough of that, thank you.

“…but your healthcare system is garbage.”

      It is now.

“I know this is off topic but we
don’t have a “free” healthcare system as a lot of people think, it is
      included in our taxes.”

No one, except perhaps liberals, imagined anything else. What’s your point?

Rest assured, if you move down here, you will easily find many like-minded (if “mind” is the right word) individuals to cocoon yourself with.

No, the original idea was to provide the means for The People to cast off a tyrannical government should the need arise. As a Canadian unfamiliar with our Constitution, I won’t hold your ignorance of it against you.

The Canadian health care system is free for the poor and those that do not want to buy a health care policy. If you need a doctor’s appointment, it may take a couple of weeks; if you need an operation for heart surgery, get on the list because it will take months and you may die before your number comes up. Then there is a plan that you pay for that cuts the waiting time way down for complex operations. However, if you need back surgery, heart transplant, you can schedule it in a much shorter time (within a week or two) in the USA. That is why so many Canadians come to the states for operations.
Liberal Canadians like to peddle their BS about their health care. However, the post above is the TRUTH and nothing but the TRUTH.
