Predictably, my answer would be "No." Surprisingly, my reasoning behind that answer is only partially based upon my genuinely low opinion of Barack Obama as a potential US President.
The reasons why Barack, himself, would hurt America's image have to do with his oposition to trade. By viewing it as a zero-sum game, he makes the case that every time a factory opens in China, America is somehow much worse off than it would be if that same factory didn't open; independent of whether a similar factory opens domestically.
The reasons Barack Obama can't control include, religious dogma athwart everything America stands for (OBL), Hollywood's disgusting exports (it's movies, as well as Roman Polanski), the natural human resentment of the "Biggest Dog on the Blocks", and decades, if not centuries, of previous grievances that no one, of either party, could make go away in four to eight years. This one is open, so feel free to offer your own thoughts....

I would say that the phrase you can’t please all of the people all of the time would explain why there will always be Anti-Americanism. With so man diverse ideologies, we will never be able to please all of them at the same time.
I think I can say, and say with pride, that we have legislatures that bring higher prices than any in the world. ~ Mark Twain
