Unlike many here I believe McCain is right in believing nothing should be off the table in order to fix Social Security I just don’t think he should be saying it out loud during a campaign were he doesn’t have a forum to nuance the answer. His answer should have been NO! It should have sounded like this on Sunday.
Let's see if there's any lasting damage from this unforced error.
