Joe Biden to Obama; First “Clean” African-American!

Joe Biden’s off-color remarks rear ugly head again!

According to this article from the New York Observer: According to this article from the New York Observer:Biden Unbound: Lays Into Clinton, Obama, Edwards

Mr. Biden is equally skeptical—albeit in a slightly more backhanded way—about Mr. Obama. “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy,” he said. “I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

Does Joe think these kinds of degrading remarks are going to put him at the top of the ticket? I think coupled with his previous racist remarks Joe Biden has sealed his fate in his bid for the presidential nomination! – but crazier things have happened!

He also had some choice words for Clinton and Edwards defiantly worth the read!

I am continually amazed by people who think Joey Orangehair is a genius of some sort - a savant, even. Maybe it's me, but I just don't see it. He has a marvelous way of re-phrasing Conventional WisdomTM and pahaphrasing Mr. "The Earth is Flat", but that's really about it.

Typical big fish in a small pond.

Biden is awesome. I'm still laughing. He may not know Jack about Jill, but at least stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

Remember: a model is an abstraction of reality. As such, all models are wrong. Some, however, are useful.

The lefty netroots weren't happy about his support of the credit card bill (not illogical given his state), and his habit of sticking his foot in his mouth sure doesn't make him any more appealing. I guess he's arguing the quote was misunderstood (should have been a comma after African-American, so the following descriptors just comment on Obama as a candidate rather than as an African-American) but whatever. He never had a chance, and that's ok by me.

I like the new site. I'll swing by whenever I feel the need for a dose of conservative principles =)
