Figured I would jump in, test this feature, and say howdy. Some of you know I was in DC this weekend at the NRI summit, and had some interesting experiences. I am deeply concerned abou the state of our minority after having spent a day with the political heroes charged with changing our current fate. We are in for a long and painful ride unless we get the attention of the power brokers on the Hill...and SOON. Nice job gentlemen with getting this running and with the look and feel of the thing. What we do in life, echoes in eternity... -Maximus Decimus Meridius

Anyone want take a crack at it?

I was going to, but then I figured it'd be better for the guys who have been writing at the old site to try first.

Is it Ok to do that tonight or would you rather I wait till Feb 1?

I don't see any reason to wait

We currently cross post at other sites but will this do the job.

The old minority report mostly seemed to have comments from people that were writing for it.

...to be disseminated to radio hosts, Congressional staff, other blog sites.

I'm open to other suggestions...

an original contributing writer and get us some exposure over there, where I think we could get some traffic from those that want to make sure we get our majorities back in 08.

We might also consider contacting state gop party people.

I don't know if this is as big as it used to be.
We would probably have to start with smaller conservative blogs and see if they are interested.

Nothing makes people more likely to link to you than quality writing and original research.

Word of mouth may prove to be our best friend here - it's how I found RedState

Promoting a website is the thoughest part of making a web presence known. At The HinzSight Report our traffic grows daily, and it's because, as Neil points out, we have created a quality product. And so have you all here. It will come my friends, it will come. Forget the amature link exchnages and other online promotional tools you'll find, they simply don't work well. I have been doing this a long time, The HinzSight Report is the 287th website I have produced. People used to pay me good money to do it, but those days are over, taken overseas like so many others. The traffic build will be slow at first, but witht the kind of content you have here, people will come back, and that is the key, repeat business. The uniques will come. I will send out an email to the group later today, with one thing we all can do to help promote the site, it is just not for public display!

Exclusive content if we all set aside exclusive content for the site (where TMR is the only source for the full article) this will bring and keep readers and new members.

There’s also a great opportunity to begin a new features like Mark Kilmer’s Sunday show reviews on RS.

One Idea- Ask the RedState Dudes how they got their hyperlinks not to show the actual URL. That would help with beautification a bit.

Other than that - You're in bidness and it's On!

Remember: a model is an abstraction of reality. As such, all models are wrong. Some, however, are useful.

Input setting is BBCode unless you change it to full HTML!

in BBCode use [url=url here]title here[/url]

...of .cnI redruM (welcome, btw, great to have you here) that rounds out the front page contributors and complete the team - at least for now!

Going forward we will be adding font page contributors by vote they should have a presence on the net we can all review.
