Didn't the Nixon Administration (and it's new-formed EPA) put BS suggestions like this into PSA's in the early 70's or something? That's some forward thinking you've got there, Chosen One.
You know, if it weren't for the fact that the opposition is the scandal-laden, pork-stuffed, Maverick-"led", stupid Republican Party one could be forgiven for thinking that The Chosen One, SanFran Nan and company would be in for a thrashing come November 4th.
Then I remember - we're dealing with the scandal-laden, pork-stuffed, Maverick-"led", stupid Republican Party here. And despair usually starts to take hold right about then.
You know, a full-blown, misery-index-type, late-70's recession certainly isn't my idea of a good time - but perhaps were one to arrive, say, about 9-months from now maybe, just maybe, the pasting we're going to take in November will clean-out enough kleptocrat porkers, has-beens and never-weres to allow some conservative reformer types to actually, you know, do something about it.
Look at me, being the optimist!
