I pray that they can resist being changed by Washington DC

Missouri Lt Gov Peter Kinder

He was the only R to be elected (re-elected actually) in a statewide office this year. He did so by picking up more support from African Americans than any other candidate in the state has prior enjoyed. And he did so without sacrificing his conservative principles. As he said on the radio today: He just showed up. All it took was going into the inner city communities and attending AA functions as he spoke to them about important issues like job growth and health care. That’s the right model for reaching out to voting blocks that don’t normally go your way.
