In the video below, Philip J Berg, a lifelong Democrat and Philadelphia attorney, details why he has filed suit against Sen Barack Obama questioning his eligibility to be elected President of the United States on the grounds that he is not a natural born US citizen.
Berg questions Sen Obama on two fronts -- one being the question of whether he was actually born in a hospital in Kenya, as his grandmother in Kenya has claimed, or whether he was born in one of two hospitals in Hawaii, as he and his half-sister maintain.
The second point addressed by Berg is whether Sen Obama lost his citizenship when his mother re-married an Indonesian man, and took him to that country. By his own memoir he admits he was educated in a madrassa in Indonesia, something that only Indonesian citizens were eligible for at that time, according to Berg.
Watch this video, and remember, Berg is a livelong Democrat, not a Republican McCain supporter. Berg most likely is a former Hillary Clinton supporter, although he never makes any mention of that fact in this video.
As a means of evaluating the credibility of Philip Berg, the former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania and Democratic candidate for Governor and U.S. Senate, understand that Berg represented Ellen Mariani in a RICO lawsuit against President Bush, Vice President Cheney, Defense Secretary Rumsfeld and other administration officials, claiming they had advanced knowledge of the 9-11 attacks.
