Because, really, why should we let a lack of ability to demonstrate basic competence stand in the way of letting people educate our children?

The fact that he included it in his book tells you what Al Gore really thinks of you, gives you some indication of the intellectual heft he carries, and provides some insight into why he partnered with Google on his Current TV venture.

Rush Limbaugh is enjoying the ensuing success of his “Operation Chaos,” his ongoing effort to weaken the political prospects of the Democrats by prolonging party infighting between the Hillary and Obama camps. But despite Limbaugh’s exuberance, the Democrat Party is alive and well, and could under the right circumstances, resuscitate itself very quickly.

It's been a very difficult year inside the global warming cult. Not only was there record snow and cold across the globe, but one of the prestigious global warming religionists is being accused of fraud.

A software company in Downtown Berkeley has announced it will be relocating outside of the city, citing what they claim is a "non-response" to crime by Berkeley police officers, who are forced instead to deal with protests at the Marine recruiting center. Avontus Software, which has been based in Berkeley for more than a year, is one of many businesses affected by anti-war protests surrounding the recruiting center.
